Elayne Mullen, the clinic's owner, graduated from the Dermal College of Beauty Therapy in 2001 and holds ITEC and CIBTAC diplomas.
Elayne has advanced certifications, including microneedling training and recognition as a Dermalogica Expert Skin Therapist. She also holds a Certificate in Corneotherapy, which utilizes skin-identical ingredients to support the natural healing process.
Accredited by the MASCED (Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection) program, she identifies early skin cancer signs and educates clients, advocating for early detection and timely referrals.
Elayne has studied menopause's effects on skin, providing personalized care and advice for those experiencing hormonal changes. Her dedication to education and client care embodies her mission to help others achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin.
Sarah Parkes
Senior Beauty Therapist/Facialist/Holistic Therapist.
Sarah graduated from North Connaught College in 2018, earning diplomas from ITEC and CIBTAC.
She specializes in beauty therapy, massage, advanced skincare, makeup artistry, brow and lash techniques, and nail care.
Passionate about skin health, Sarah is dedicated to ongoing education in her field.
In addition to her skills, Sarah creates a warm, personalized experience for each client. Her commitment to understanding individual needs ensures tailored treatments that leave clients feeling confident and rejuvenated.

Loretta graduated in 2006, obtaining her Diplomas from the well-respected institution CIBATAC.
